Go to the postcard icon in the financial district and you’ll see a club with a bunch of light in the outdoor eating area. You’ll find the postcard on top of the shell fossil. Move to the front of the building and climb onto the balcony above the door. Make your way to the postcard area in Greenwich and you’ll find yourself outside the Museum of Modern Art. Scan the area to find the postcard nearby. You’re looking for a pair of binoculars with an “Out of Order” sign. Climb up the Empire State until you reach the observer level - marked by a big fence and a bunch of binoculars. Make your way to Midtown and the postcard emblem. If you’re at the statue but can’t find the postcard, use your R3 scan to highlight it. Head to the postcard area on the map and make your way into the pink circle.
